The
Project
Footprints is an 18-month ACTION RESEARCH process engaging four groups in a learning journey with Tramway. Using web 2.0 and digital technology, it will significantly change the way Tramway develops and delivers its programmes, and communicates with its audiences.

Participants will explore what Tramway does, what it represents, and how this relates to their lives and communities.

Participants will present their findings and questions directly to Tramway staff, reflecting the relationship and insights they have developed, and the potential that Tramway holds for them.

This specially developed digital platform will host conversation, resources and responses to the project. New ways to use social media to engage audiences will be explored and developed.

Tramway aims to start an new ‘open-source’ way of working and communicating with audiences. This project starts the conversation, and gives audiences the chance to leave their mark on the organisation.
